The CAPL Book Club

The CAPL Book Club meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 12:00 noon
You are invited to bring lunch or a snack.
Discussions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes.
Copies of each title will be available for checkout at the Library three weeks before the discussion.
Titles are chosen by the participants.

Title for September is The Measure by Nikki Erlick

It seems like any other day. You wake up, drink a cup of coffee, and head out.

But today, when you open your front door, waiting for you is a small wooden box. The contents of this mysterious box tells you the exact number of years you will live.

Every person on every continent receives the same box. In an instant, the world is thrust into a collective frenzy. Where did these boxes come from? What do they mean? Is there truth to what they promise?

Copies of the book can be checked out from the Coatesville Library. New members are always welcome!
