Book Club
The Coatesville Area Public Library (CAPL) Book Club
The CAPL Book Club meets the 2nd Monday of each month at 12:00 noon.
You are invited to bring lunch or a snack.
Discussions usually last between 60 and 90 minutes.
Copies of each title will be available for checkout at the Library three weeks before the discussion.
Titles are chosen by the participants.

Dungeons & Dragons
Join us as we battle goblins, orcs, liches, and the forces of evil. Collaborate with others to build an epic story of fantastical heroes and villains. Beginners and experienced players are welcome! We are currently playing 4th edition.
We play weekly on Mondays from 4:30 pm-6:30 pm. Open to all players ages 16+. Questions email Amber at atimlin@ccls.org

Health Services
CAPL offers a variety of programs and resources to improve the health and well-being of our patrons. From access to medical journals and databases to monthly blood pressure screenings and the quarterly Heart Tracks heart health program with Penn Medicine. Career Services
CAPL partners with several local agencies to provide career services to our patrons. We offer resume writing and career workshops, host Job Fairs, recruitment tables, and training classes, and a representative from PA CareerLink comes monthly to assist with job searching, resumes, and available training. Check out our calendar for your next opportunity.
Virtual Author Talks
Each month CAPL provides patrons with 2-4 virtual author talks which you can attend live, or watch from our archive. Bestselling authors like: Shelby Van Pelt, Kate DiCamillo, Freida McFadden, Madeline Miller, Christopher Paolini, John Irving, John Stamos and more!
